Today is my birthday and I’m in heavy reflection mode! There are times when it seems like things are just so out of hand, but when you stop and think, there are some really amazing things to be grateful for!

When the Week is but a Blur

Ever notice how nuts things get this time of year? School is winding down but the list of things to do and places to be seems to be ramping up. How you move through the craziness can affect you in so many ways. Are you frazzled and stressed or are you figuring out a way to take it all in and enjoy the madness….that is the question.

I know many people (myself included at times) that focus so much on what we dislike about our current situation (job, weight, crazy schedules, etc.) and rarely focus on what we rather have instead. I am finally learning to turn that around. Where do you stand in that arena?

Everybody knows that when you want to lose weight or live a healthier life, you’re going to pay attention to what you eat and how much.
